We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Inside Sales Associate to join our clients team and play an important role in driving business growth. This position works closely with both the Outside Sales and Operations teams to build client relationships, identify new opportunities, and deliver an excellent customer experience. If you enjoy sales, relationship-building, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great opportunity for you. WHAT YOU'LL DO Prospect for new clients and build and maintain strong customer relationships Educate clients on products and specifications to help them select the right solutions Identify opportunities for complementary products and solutions Respond to customer questions, account inquiries, and troubleshooting needs Maintain accurate client information and sales activity in the CRM Prepare quotes, estimates, proposals, and process customer orders Follow up with clients regarding quotes, updates, and order status Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience Develop strong knowledge of the company's product catalogue Support special projects and other tasks as required WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong ability to build rapport with a variety of clients Motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented Genuine interest in sales, business development, and technical products Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Collaborative, solution-focused approach Strong analytical and problem-solving skills French bilingualism is an asset, but not required WHAT WE OFFER Competitive base salary Paid time off and company holidays Opportunities for career growth and advancement Collaborative and supportive team environment
