The Engineering Manager will manage a Mechanical Engineering team of approximately 6–8 employees. Primary focus is on products that have already reached launch rather than greenfield product development. Lead engineering support for existing products including revisions, design updates and product improvements. Work closely with Production to ensure engineering changes and updates are implemented successfully. Build a high-performing Engineering team. Create scalable processes around product updates and lifecycle management. Develop and mentor technical talent. MUST HAVE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: Strong people-leadership experience. Previous experience managing engineers or technical professionals. Mechanical engineering/product-design background. Strong SolidWorks proficiency. Experience supporting physical manufactured products. Experience with sustaining engineering, product revisions, engineering changes or product lifecycle support.
