We're excited to share an opportunity for an existing vacancy as a 433A Millwright with a growing packaging manufacturer in the Mississauga area on a Straight Afternoon shift. This is a newer, exceptionally clean and highly automated manufacturing facility that continues to invest in its operation, equipment, and production capabilities. For a Millwright, that means exposure to modern molding presses, automated conveyors, packaging systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and supporting equipment within an operation that continues to grow. This isn't a role where you'll spend your entire shift completing PMs. They're looking for someone who enjoys being hands-on with equipment—diagnosing breakdowns, finding the root cause, completing repairs, replacing components, supporting upgrades, and helping improve the overall reliability of an increasingly automated operation. Daily responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Perform breakdown and preventative maintenance on automated molding presses, conveyors, packaging machinery, and related production equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to identify root causes and complete repairs. Replace failed or worn parts and components and complete hands-on equipment repairs. Support machinery upgrades, adjustments, installations, and continuous improvement initiatives. Inspect equipment for potential issues and address problems before they result in unplanned downtime. Perform basic electrical troubleshooting where required; stronger electrical troubleshooting experience is considered an asset. Work closely with production and other members of the maintenance team to support equipment reliability and production requirements. Mandatory Requirements: Valid 433A Industrial Millwright Mechanic Certificate of Qualification issued through Skilled Trades Ontario. 5+ years of hands-on breakdown maintenance and troubleshooting experience within an automated manufacturing environment. Strong experience maintaining and troubleshooting hydraulic systems. Experience working with automated production equipment, conveyors, presses, molding equipment, or similar machinery. Available to work a Straight Afternoon shift. Requirements

Must possess a valid 433A Industrial Millwright Mechanic Certificate of Qualification and have over 5 years of experience in automated manufacturing. Candidates must be available to work a straight afternoon shift and have strong hydraulic troubleshooting skills.
