The Moncton Wildcats are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Ticket Sales Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to a dynamic sports and entertainment environment. As a Ticket Sales Associate, you will play a key role in growing ticket revenue through the development of lasting relationships with fans, corporate partners, and community members. You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences while supporting the organization's sales and business objectives. This role is based on the revenue-generating and customer relationship focus previously established for the position. RESPONSIBILITIES * Build and maintain strong relationships with fans, season ticket holders, businesses, and community partners. * Promote and sell a variety of Moncton Wildcats ticket products and entertainment experiences. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking. * Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales and renewal process. * Contribute to sales growth through effective relationship management and business development activities. * Represent the Moncton Wildcats at community events, promotional activities, and game-day functions. * Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall fan experience and support organizational goals. QUALIFICATIONS * Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. * Experience in sales, business development, customer relationship management, or a related field. * Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. * Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer relationship management systems. * Passion for sports, entertainment, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The Moncton Wildcats The Moncton Wildcats is a Canadian junior ice hockey team in the Quebec Maritimes Junior Hockey League. Founded in 1996, the team is one of the premier hockey clubs in the Canadian Hockey League. The Wildcats are 2006, 2010 and 2025 QMJHL champions. You’ll be a member of an energetic team of professionals whose purpose is to provide exciting hockey and exceptional entertainment for fans and the community, creating a strong sense of loyalty and ownership, while developing players as successful professionals and individuals. Requirements
