The Yard Associate is responsible for maintaining safe and organized product displays while assisting customers with picking and loading items. They also handle inventory replenishment, process paperwork for returns, and identify damaged goods.

The service that we offer customers includes ensuring that our product displays are safe and easy to shop. We assist customers with picking and loading their products. To offer these services, we need associates who enjoy manual handling and physical work. RESPONSIBILITIES * Works safely * Organizes and maintains displays including promotional signage and price labels * Loads, unloads, replenishes and restocks various areas * Follows proper processes and completes paperwork for order picking, returns or identifying damaged goods * Learns about new products QUALIFICATIONS * Safety mindset * High attention to detail * Previous warehouse experience is considered an asset * Excellent communication skills * Able to work in a fast-paced environment * Ability to work in a team environment * Able to work outside in variable temperatures and weather conditions Founded in 1882, J.D.
