Develop and deploy secure conversational AI solutions, chatbots, and digital assistants. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SaaS, contact-center, and customer-data systems within an Agile environment.

Job details

Develop and deploy secure chatbot, Digital Assistant, and conversational AI solutions. Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, REST APIs, and integrations. Work with AWS services such as Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, IAM, KMS, and CloudWatch. Build Cognigy/chatbot flows, APIs, SaaS, contact-center, and customer-data integrations. Experience with Amazon Bedrock, AgentCore, and LLM integrations is preferred. Implement CI/CD, Git, automated testing, DevSecOps, and security practices. Troubleshoot production issues using logs, monitoring, and tracing. Work in an Agile environment and collaborate with engineering, product, security, and business teams.
