Lead technical design discussions, architecture reviews, and solution implementation. Experience with Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift. Strong knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps practices, and Agile delivery. Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and technical mentoring skills.
