We are seeking an experienced UX Designer to create intuitive, accessible, and user-centered digital experiences. The role requires close collaboration with Product Owners and stakeholders to transform business requirements into effective design solutions, ensuring usability, accessibility, and consistency across products. Total Experience 10+ Years Key Responsibilities Independently manage UX design initiatives and collaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional teams. Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and interactive design solutions. Develop personas, empathy maps, and user journey artifacts to support design decisions. Contribute to and maintain scalable design systems. Ensure designs comply with accessibility standards, including WCAG guidelines. Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback to improve user experience. Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle. Required Skill Set UX Design Expertise User Experience (UX) Design User Research Persona Development Empathy Mapping Wireframing Mockup Creation Prototyping Design Systems Accessibility (WCAG Standards) Tools & Technologies Figma Adobe XD Sketch Miro InVision Adobe Illustrator Collaboration Experience working independently with Product Owners and stakeholders. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to facilitate discussions and translate business requirements into user-centric designs. Desired Skill Set Experience in enterprise-scale product design. Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies. Knowledge of interaction design and usability testing best practices. Familiarity with UI design principles and responsive design. Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of hands-on UX Design experience. Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end UX solutions. Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects and design-thinking methodologies.
