Luxury Jewellery and Watch Sales Professional

We are seeking an enthusiastic, polished, and client-focused Part-Time Luxury Sales Associate to join our team. This position is well suited to a student or motivated part-time professional looking for a consistent schedule in a sophisticated retail environment. Previous luxury retail, jewellery, or watch experience is an asset but is not required. We are particularly interested in candidates who are personable, professional, eager to learn, and genuinely enjoy working with people. As a member of our sales team, you will help create an exceptional experience for every client who enters our boutique. You will learn to confidently present luxury timepieces and fine jewellery, assist clients throughout their purchasing journey, and develop an understanding of the craftsmanship, heritage, and stories behind the brands we represent. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a professional, fast-paced environment and will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities Welcome clients with warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm while contributing to an elevated boutique experience. Compose themselves in a well groomed, neat and tidy appearance and polished manner conveying a luxury experience. Assist clients with luxury timepieces and fine jewellery, providing thoughtful and personalized service. Develop product knowledge and learn to communicate the craftsmanship, heritage, materials, and features of the brands and products we represent. Support the sales team in developing and maintaining strong client relationships. Assist with sales transactions and POS operations with accuracy, discretion, and attention to detail including CRM data entry. Respond professionally to client inquiries in-store, by telephone, and through digital channels. Maintain exceptional presentation standards throughout the boutique, including jewellery and watch displays. Assist with merchandising, product organization, restocking, and general boutique upkeep. Support the team during busy periods and special events, including the holiday season. Contribute to a positive, professional, and collaborative team environment. Qualifications A genuine interest in luxury retail, jewellery, watches, fashion, hospitality, and client service. Previous retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is required. Professional, approachable, and comfortable engaging with a diverse clientele. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Reliable and punctual, with a strong sense of personal responsibility. Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy retail environment. Comfortable learning about luxury products and developing detailed product knowledge. Strong numerical skills and attention to accuracy when handling transactions. Comfortable using computers and retail technology; experience with POS or CRM systems is considered an asset. Ability to maintain professionalism, heightened discretion, and composure in a luxury retail environment. Proficiency in English, both verbal and written. Ability to take direction and constructive feedback. Compensation To be determined based on experience. Schedule This is a consistent part-time position with regular shifts on: Tuesday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM Candidates must be available to work these regularly scheduled days. Additional and/or extended availability will be required during the holiday season and other peak retail periods.
