Senior Workday Integration Consultant / Lead Remote – Canada Permanent $130,000–$150,000 CAD We are looking for a Senior Workday Integration Consultant / Lead to join a growing consulting team and work closely with clients on complex Workday integration initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and implementation of Workday integrations across HCM and/or Finance Work directly with clients to understand business and technical requirements and provide integration solutions Develop and support integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and Web Services Take ownership of integration projects from requirements gathering through design, development, testing, and deployment Provide technical guidance and recommendations to clients and internal teams Troubleshoot and optimize complex integrations Contribute to integration architecture, standards, and best practices Mentor and provide guidance to other consultants when required Requirements 3–7 years of experience in Workday Integrations, ideally across HCM and/or Finance Mandatory Workday Integration certification Strong hands-on experience with EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio Advanced experience with Workday Studio is highly valued Previous experience working in a consulting firm, systems integrator or Workday partner environment Strong client-facing and consulting experience Experience participating in pre-sales activities is a strong asset Additional Workday certifications are considered a strong plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills English-speaking role; professional fluency in English is required Must be eligible to work in Canada

Requires 3-7 years of Workday Integration experience and a mandatory Workday Integration certification. Candidates must have strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors, and be eligible to work in Canada.
