Job summary

Our client, a well established real estate development company is looking for an Accountant to join the team. This person will handle day-to-day bookkeeping, tenant account management, and general finance support across our property portfolio. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day bookkeeping for the property portfolio (recording transactions, reconciling accounts, maintaining ledgers) Track tenant accounts: rent payments, balances, late fees, and collections Support general finance operations, including invoicing, expense tracking, and vendor payments Prepare basic financial reports and summaries for portfolio owners/management Respond to tenant billing questions and resolve account discrepancies Maintain organized, audit-ready financial records Qualifications Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or property management Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable managing multiple accounts/properties simultaneously Good communication skills for tenant-facing interactions
