Director, FP&A for a PE-backed client! We've partnered with a high-growth B2B SaaS company to hire a Director of FP&A. Roughly 80 people, globally distributed, ~$20M ARR and on track to double in the next 12 months. Finance runs lean today: a Controller, an Accountant, and a CFO wearing several hats. This person takes strategic finance off the CFO's plate and owns it outright. What you'll own Financial modelling, the annual budget, and rolling forecasts The monthly and quarterly reporting rhythm Board and investor materials Selecting and implementing the company's first FP&A tool > it's Excel today What we're looking for You've built an FP&A function from scratch, ideally as the first or only FP&A hire B2B SaaS experience in the $20–50M ARR range Serious Excel modelling chops > you're comfortable in the weeds before the tooling arrives Board-level reporting experience, reporting directly to a CFO or founder You thrive in ambiguity: you diagnose the problem, bring the solution, and run with it CPA an asset
