Portfolio Accounting Manager, Software Group Toronto, ON | Hybrid, 3 days a week in office Our client is a profitable, fast-growing software company that acquires and scales software businesses. They’re hiring a Portfolio Accounting Manager to own end-to-end accounting for a group of 5 to 10 operating companies. What you’ll own Full-cycle close, reconciliations, and reporting across multiple portfolio entities Final sign-off on work from a supporting team of analysts, AR, and AP Consolidation and audit-ready books across a multi-currency group Onboarding newly acquired companies onto group systems and processes What we’re looking for CPA designation (required) 4–6+ years of experience, with multi-entity close ownership Strong IFRS and consolidation knowledge Audit or public practice background is a big plus NetSuite and SaaS experience are a bonus
