Responsibilities Work with Account Managers to execute Art Director’s concepts into production-ready working files Utilize digital knowledge to edit and build email files with technical accuracy, in Photoshop Build and edit digital assets with technical accuracy (emails, web banners, social media posts, etc.) Lead the execution of high-quality videos, animations and GIFs for web banners, email marketing, social and rich media Utilize pre-press knowledge to edit and build direct mail files with technical accuracy, in InDesign Develop a thorough understanding of brand standards Comply to quality standards for the team as set forth by the department Attain feedback and collaborate with others Identify and suggest solutions on how to improve departmental processes Keep on top of current trends and the latest technological advances Adhere to timelines and schedules Keep Account Managers advised of status and changes on all projects Work a variety of scheduled shifts depending on needs of the business (afternoon, evening, late night) Desired skills & experience College diploma in related field or equivalent knowledge base Strong working knowledge of Adobe XD, InDesign, Photoshop and Figma Working knowledge of After Effects, Animate and Illustrator Interest and/or experience in Premiere Pro, Audition, Animate, Emailify, HTML5, and CSS would be an asset Excellent communication skills, both written and oral Strong problem-solving skills and detail oriented Ability to time manage and effectively complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Optimal traits Confidence without ego A glass-half-full type – a positive attitude takes you places Focused on every last detail because you get the big picture Eager to question things – there is opportunity in questions Accountable, even when that means highlighting a mistake Eager to make those around you better Always up for a challenge This is a hybrid role and employees are expected to work from our Toronto office three days per week. Requirements

A college diploma in a related field or equivalent knowledge is desired, along with strong working knowledge of Adobe XD, InDesign, Photoshop, and Figma. The role also calls for familiarity with After Effects, Animate, and Illustrator, strong communication and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
