Consisting of four locations—the main processing facility located in Brooks, Alberta, where approximately 4,200 head of cattle are harvested and processed daily; the Head Office and a case ready plant, both based in Calgary, Alberta; and JBS Ontario, a case ready plant located in Belleville, Ontario. The JBS Canada facility in Brooks has the capacity to produce products ranging from boxed beef primals, ground beef, beef trimmings, beef by-products and hides which are shipped across Canada and worldwide. At the multi-protein Mountain Creek Farms case-ready facility in Calgary, JBS Canada produces value-added products including marinated, portion sized, multi-pack options, kebabs and much more. We are very proud to have a team of high achieving, engaged employees. We are currently seeking a Production Clerk to join our team at our JBS Ontario facility located in Belleville, Ontario. The Production Clerk provides administrative and clerical support for purchasing, inventory, receiving, and production operations. The Production Clerk is responsible for reviewing and entering receiving documentation into company systems, assisting with the verification of receiving paperwork for accuracy and compliance, and ensuring production, inventory, and supply records are complete and up to date. The role supports raw material receiving and inventory processes by maintaining documentation in accordance with HACCP requirements and customer specifications, assisting with orders for dry goods and production supplies, and compiling reports related to inventory, purchasing, scheduling, and service levels. NOTE: This position will be on-site located in Belleville, Ontario, and works a Sunday to Thursday afternoon schedule. You Will Review receiving documentation and accurately enter information into company systems, such as SAP, Excel, etc. Maintain vendor files and obtain required certificates and supporting documentation as requested. Verify receiving paperwork and certifications against established requirements and report discrepancies. Report issues, discrepancies, or concerns to the appropriate department or supervisor for resolution. Enter and maintain production, inventory, and supply information within the Company's production system (SAP). Maintain accurate records related to purchasing, inventory, receiving, and scheduling activities. Assist with coordinating receiving, storage, and movement documentation for raw materials in compliance with HACCP requirements and customer specifications. Assist with preparing orders regarding dry goods and production supplies as directed. Ensure production records, inventory records, and related documentation are complete, accurate, and up to date. Assist with compiling and distributing reports related to inventory, purchasing, scheduling, and service levels. Maintain organized electronic and hard-copy filing systems. Perform general administrative and clerical duties as assigned. Adhere to all company policies, food safety requirements, quality standards, and health and safety procedures. Perform other related duties as assigned. You Have College diploma in Business, Operations Management or related area; and 0-2 years of related experience, preferably within the manufacturing / food processing sector. Knowledge of the meat industry and understanding JBS’s techniques on “primal” breakout for production will be key to success in this role Advanced analytical skills, particularly on Excel, Word and PowerPoint applications Possess excellent public relations, conflict resolution and communications skills, both verbal and written. WHMIS, HACCP and food safety training and commitment. Excellent time management skills in handling multiple priorities and conflicting deadlines. Working Conditions Include Sunday to Thursday afternoon schedule. Normal office environment for some of each day. Working in a cold working environment on a daily basis, for some parts of each day. Requirements

A college diploma in Business, Operations Management, or a related area and 0–2 years of related experience are requested, preferably in manufacturing or food processing. The role also calls for strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills, communication and analytical abilities, effective time management, and WHMIS, HACCP, and food-safety training or commitment.
