We are currently seeking Administrative support/CSR for our Logistics department in Brooks, AB NOTE: This role will be located in Brooks, AB. You Will Tracking trucks and notifying customers of delays Assisting carriers in appointment scheduling Requesting date changes for appointments based on changes in ETA Coding late trucks in the Blujay system Approving/denying customer detention in Blujay Contacting receivers to assist drivers being detained Requesting PO’s from sales/customers Communicate professionally with all levels of personnel via phone, e-mail and written correspondence. Following approved Standard Operating Procedures and ensuring internal controls are strictly complied with. Accurate data entry, reporting and update/create spreadsheets. Take ownership for individual areas of responsibility and accept required feedback on performance with the goal of achieving excellence. You Have 1 + years of Customer Service and Administrative experience required. High School Diploma or GED required Post-secondary education in a business related field considered an asset. Excellent communication skills. Ability to interpret and implement company policies and procedures. Good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills. Attention to detail in all areas of work. High level of critical thinking, logical thinking and analysis. Perform well under pressure and meet deadlines. Must demonstrate intermediate knowledge and ability to work with MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Prior experience with SAP and Blujay considered an asset. Ability to work independently and part of a team on various projects and duties assigned.
