Jealous Fruits is the northernmost large scale cherry producer in North America. We grow premium cherries along the shores of Okanagan Lake in the renowned Okanagan Valley of British Columbia, Canada. Our cherries are all hand packed in our state-of-the-art facility, located right on our farm, and shipped to our customers worldwide. Jealous Fruits is Canada's largest cherry grower and exporter. We supply premium fruit to large Canadian and US retailers and export to Asia, the Middle East and Europe.

The Team Leader will manage cherry-picking teams to ensure safe and efficient operations while maintaining quality standards. They are responsible for providing training, conducting daily meetings, and ensuring all safety protocols and SOPs are followed.

The role involves transporting temporary foreign workers to medical and personal appointments while ensuring all necessary medical and incident paperwork is completed and filed. You will also assist the People Operations team with various tasks to support the workers' daily lives in Canada.
