Visit our website for more information: www.jre.ca Job Overview The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining JRE’s corporate and property specific digital and physical presence, coordinating marketing initiative across the overall company and between multiple departments (leasing, construction and investments) as well as managing relationships with third-party marketing and branding vendors. Core Duties & Responsibilities Corporate Marketing Coordinate with third-party vendors and marketing companies for consistent, high-quality branded corporate materials. Obtain pricing, coordinate orders, manage timelines, and ensure materials comply with JRE branding standards. Manage and maintain JRE’s online and social media presence on websites, LinkedIn, etc. Commercial Real Estate Marketing Work closely with the investment, leasing, and construction teams to coordinate and execute marketing initiatives across each area. Ensure construction projects and active job sites are appropriately branded and professionally presented. Refine proposals, investment packages, presentations, and other materials from a marketing and brand perspective. Create and update leasing brochures, property flyers, signage, and other digital and print marketing materials. Coordinate photography, renderings, floor plans, maps, graphics, and other visual assets. Support investment marketing, investor communications, leasing campaigns, and other property-specific marketing initiatives as required. Website Management Manage and maintain JRE’s corporate website, including updating content, property information, team information, news, photographs, and other materials as required. Manage and maintain property specific websites, including rental price, floor plans, descriptions, media, and other materials as required. Coordinate and lead the creation of additional property or development websites as required Work with third-party website developers, designers, photographers, and other vendors Regularly review websites to ensure information remains current, accurate, and consistent with JRE branding.
