We're Hiring: Quality Professional - Infrastructure Construction
We're looking for an experienced Quality Professional to join our team and support major infrastructure construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in quality management, inspection, and verification activities related to:
Earthworks and grading
Concrete works and testing Bridge construction and inspections Roadway and highway construction inspections Material testing and quality assurance documentation Construction quality processes, audits, and compliance verification
Successful candidates will possess strong technical knowledge of civil construction practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure quality requirements are achieved.
Beng a north American based construction company, you will also need to be eligible to work in both Canada and the United States..
Qualifications
Experience in infrastructure or heavy civil construction
Knowledge of applicable codes, standards, and specifications Experience with inspection and testing programs Strong documentation and reporting skills Relevant engineering technology, civil engineering, or quality-related education/designation considered an asset

The position is a full-time, hybrid role based out of western Canada, with flexibility for part-time work from home. This role supports infrastructure projects by developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance and quality control processes in alignment with company standards and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day tasks include conducting quality audits, reviewing documentation and test results, analyzing data to identify trends or issues, and recommending corrective and preventive actions.
In the role, you will collaborate closely with project managers, site teams, and technical specialists to ensure that construction activities meet defined quality expectations and specifications. The role also involves preparing reports, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and providing guidance and training on quality practices to project stakeholders.
