As a Front Counter Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact in the store—helping customers choose the right products and services while keeping things moving. This is a temporary position with full-time hours for the duration of the contract. You’ll be part of a team that works together, supports each other, and delivers a consistent experience for every customer. Responsibilities Greet customers and assist with product and service inquiries Prepare quotes, explain options clearly, and support sales decisions Complete vehicle check-ins, including gathering mileage, tire condition, and service details (outdoors in all weather) Look up parts, pricing, and availability using internal systems Prepare invoices and process transactions accurately Answer calls, book appointments, and maintain accurate customer records Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Work closely with the shop team to ensure a smooth customer experience Requirements Previous customer service and sales experience Interest in automotive (tires, basic vehicle knowledge, or parts lookup is an asset) Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions Strong communication skills with a practical, customer-first approach Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Valid driver’s license is an asset Ability to lift 30–50 lbs as required Team-oriented and committed to working safely What We Offer Hourly wage: $19.29 Hands-on experience in customer service and automotive sales A supportive, team-focused work environment Opportunity to build practical skills in a fast-paced setting Store Details Address: 42 Isnor Dr Hours of Operation: Monday to Friday: 7:30-6pm Saturday: 8-5pm Sunday: Closed Multiple Training Dates Starting: Sept.14/2026 Shifts will be scheduled within store operating hours and may include weekends. Requirements

Previous customer service and sales experience is required, while automotive, tire, vehicle, or parts knowledge is an asset. Candidates should communicate well, manage multiple tasks, work indoors and outdoors in all weather, lift 30–50 pounds as needed, and be team-oriented and safety-conscious; a valid driver's license is an asset.
