Job summary

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Project Manager (ClearCare) based in Canada. As a Project Manager supporting a specialized commercial interiors service line, you will own small-scope construction and facilities projects from initial scoping through close-out. You’ll manage projects involving tenant changes, suite refreshes, minor MEP and sprinkler work, millwork, signage, and base-building improvements. The role combines estimating, scheduling, procurement, site coordination, financial control, and client communication. You’ll work closely with landlords, tenants, property managers, trades, and internal stakeholders to keep projects moving efficiently. Success means delivering work on time, within budget, safely, and to a high standard. This is a hands-on opportunity for a construction professional who enjoys variety, autonomy, and fast-moving projects across the Greater Toronto Area. \n Accountabilities: Lead small commercial interiors and service projects end-to-end, maintaining the same level of ownership and quality expected of a full Project Manager. Conduct site walks, develop scopes of work, prepare take-offs, build preliminary estimates, and produce formal quotes while validating assumptions with trades and landlord operations teams. Develop short-interval schedules, sequence night and weekend work when required, coordinate site access and shutdowns, and manage applicable permits. Source and evaluate subcontractor quotations, level bids, recommend awards, issue purchase orders, and secure appropriate lead times. Run project kickoffs, monitor daily progress, coordinate trades, resolve site issues, manage changes, and maintain safety, quality, and cleanliness standards. Track project budgets, review invoices against progress, manage change orders, and protect project margins through clear scopes and timely commercial decisions. Drive project close-out by completing punch lists, collecting O&M manuals and as-built documentation, obtaining sign-offs, and ensuring a smooth handover to clients and property operations. Manage warranty and service requests by triaging tickets, coordinating trades or handymen, verifying completed work, and maintaining accurate documentation. Maintain proactive communication with tenants, landlords, property managers, trades, and other stakeholders to support satisfaction, repeat business, and strong project outcomes. Requirements: 3–6+ years of experience in general contracting, commercial interiors, ICI construction, or a comparable environment, ideally with hands-on experience in day-2, special-projects, or service work. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple small projects simultaneously while maintaining strong organization, responsiveness, and accountability. Comfortable interpreting drawings and specifications, completing take-offs, supporting basic estimating, and developing short-interval project schedules. Experience coordinating vendors and subcontractors, managing purchase orders and invoices, handling submittals and RFIs, preparing meeting minutes, and assembling project close-out packages. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with Procore or a comparable project management platform is an asset. Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to keep tenants, landlords, property managers, trades, and internal teams aligned. Practical problem-solving skills and the ability to make timely decisions when issues arise on active job sites. A strong ownership mindset, attention to detail, commitment to safety and quality, and willingness to continuously improve processes. Valid G-class driver's licence and the ability to travel to project sites throughout the Greater Toronto Area. Professional fluency in English. Benefits: Full-time position at 40 hours per week. Hybrid work arrangement with the opportunity to work from home. 15 vacation days annually. Extended medical, dental, and vision coverage. Life insurance coverage. Mileage and/or transit expenses covered for eligible travel to project sites. Reimbursement of eligible out-of-pocket business expenses in accordance with company policy. Potential eligibility for occasional discretionary bonuses. Opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of commercial construction and workplace projects across the GTA. Collaborative, inclusive environment emphasizing integrity, ownership, resilience, respect, and continuous improvement. \n How Jobgether works: We use an AI-powered matching process to ensure your application is reviewed quickly, objectively, and fairly against the role's core requirements.
