Our client, the largest distributor in Quebec of paint supplies and accessories, is looking for its next Marketing and Brand Development Manager. This key role will allow you to leverage your skills in digital communications, project management, and content strategy to support the company’s growth initiatives. Tasks
- Developing and executing communication campaigns using email marketing platforms to promote products, special events, and exclusive offers.
- Collaborating closely with the sales team to plan targeted campaigns while ensuring consistency in communications and actions.
- Managing and continuously optimizing the company’s website to enhance user experience and maintain up-to-date, relevant content.
- Preparing, monitoring, and adhering to the communications department’s budgets.
- Designing and launching multichannel advertising campaigns (social media, video, content creators, etc.) to increase brand awareness.
- Monitoring market trends and analyzing campaign performance to refine communication strategies.
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure alignment between communication initiatives and sales/operational objectives.
- Performing other related duties as required.

Job requirements
- University degree in communications, marketing, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in a similar role, ideally in retail or distribution.
- Strong project management skills.
- Proficiency with web design tools (HTML, CSS) and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Good knowledge of key digital platforms and tools (such as Mailchimp, WordPress, Craft, or equivalents).
- In-depth understanding of digital communication strategies (natural referencing/SEO, social media, online advertising).
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Skills in graphic design and coding.
- Bilingualism is essential (at least 50% of communication in English – due to a division in Vancouver and clients in Ontario).
