The successful candidate will be a key contributor to fulfilling our customers’ requirements in order to maintain satisfactory levels of service; this position will provide integral support to our Fleet Management team. What you’ll do

The Customer Service Representative will support the Fleet Management team by fulfilling customer requirements and maintaining high service levels. They will also identify service issues and process gaps to contribute to continuous improvement within the logistics operations.

Requirements

Candidates must have post-secondary education with at least two years of relevant work experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Transportation Management Systems are required, while bilingualism is considered an asset.
