Benefits: Take advantage of competitive benefits and attractive compensation. Position Summary We are seeking a Licensed Millwright to join our maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations. You will work closely with production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and food safety. Qualifications Valid Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) License (433A) is required. Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or food processing environment is preferred. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, power transmission, hydraulics, pneumatics, vacuum systems, conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, bearings, and industrial machinery. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, schematics, manuals, and technical specifications. Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools and precision measuring instruments. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively within a team. Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, BRCGS, and food manufacturing practices is preferred. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks. Comfortable working in cool and refrigerated production environments. Flexibility to work shifts, overtime, weekends, or respond to emergency maintenance calls as required. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain production equipment and machinery. Perform scheduled preventive and predictive maintenance. Install, align, dismantle, relocate, and commission industrial machinery and equipment. Repair or replace defective components and verify equipment performance after repairs. Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematics. Maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, vacuum, and power transmission systems. Perform basic electrical troubleshooting, including fuse replacement and fault diagnosis. Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve equipment reliability, efficiency, and maintenance processes. Fabricate or modify components using machine shop equipment and welding tools when required. Communicate maintenance activities and equipment status with supervisors and production staff. Complete maintenance documentation and work orders accurately.
