What will you do? As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical support role within our project management team, helping to deliver complex medium voltage switchgear and electrical solutions. You'll work closely with Program Managers and Project Managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. Project Support & Coordination Support Program Managers and Project Managers in the day-to-day execution of medium voltage switchgear projects Maintain and update project schedules, trackers, and dashboards using tools such as MS Project, Excel, or similar platforms Coordinate project documentation including submittals, RFIs, change orders, meeting minutes, and action item logs Monitor project milestones and flag risks or delays to the project management team proactively Stakeholder & Team Coordination Serve as a communication bridge between internal teams (engineering, procurement, logistics, finance) and external stakeholders (clients, contractors, vendors) Organize and facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes, and follow up on action items Support client-facing communications under the direction of the Project Manager Procurement & Logistics Support Assist in tracking equipment orders, delivery schedules, and vendor commitments for switchgear and associated components Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery to project sites across Canada Document Control Maintain organized and up-to-date project files in accordance with Siemens document management standards Ensure version control and proper distribution of engineering drawings, specifications, and project correspondence What will you need to succeed? Post-secondary education in Engineering Technology, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field 3+ years of experience working in a project management team environment, ideally in an electrical, engineering, construction, or industrial setting Demonstrated ability to support multiple Project Managers simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management tools (MS Project, SharePoint, or similar) Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision Preferred Qualifications Experience in the electrical industry, power distribution, or related products Familiarity with data center construction or operations environments is an asset PMP certification or working toward it is considered a strong asset Bilingual (English/French) is an asset [Salary is commensurate with experience, and ranges between $ 65,000.00 CAD - $ 80,000.00 CAD, excluding bonus and benefits. In addition to base salary, this role includes eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus of up to 10% of base salary, based on Company performance metrics.] About Us. Requirements
Candidates need a post-secondary degree in Engineering Technology, Business, or Construction Management and at least 3 years of project management experience in an industrial setting. Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools is required, with PMP certification and bilingualism being assets.
