Senior Business Development Executive (B2B Digital Solutions) – Contract to Full-Time

- Must be based in one of the following markets with strong local network and access to decision-makers: New York, San Francisco, Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, Austin, or Miami (In-person client meetings expected as needed.)
Position Overview:
We’re looking for a proven hunter to drive new business for our B2B digital solutions (custom software, cloud, and digital transformation). You’ll own the full sales cycle—from self-sourced leads to closed deals—and build a high-quality pipeline in your local market. This is a contract role with a clear path to full-time based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the number: Build, manage, and close a pipeline against monthly/quarterly targets
- Source your own opportunities: Outbound, referrals, partnerships, events, and networking
- Sell consultatively: Diagnose client needs and position tailored digital solutions
- Run the full cycle: Prospect discovery proposal negotiation close
- Engage senior stakeholders: VP/C-level across mid-market and enterprise accounts
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with delivery/tech teams on solutioning and proposals
- Forecast with accuracy: Maintain CRM hygiene and provide reliable projections
Qualifications:
- 7–10+ years in B2B sales (digital solutions, SaaS, or IT services)
- Demonstrated success generating your own pipeline and closing complex deals
- Strong local network and market insight in one of the listed cities
- Experience selling high-value engagements ($50K–$500K+ deals)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence
- Highly self-directed, disciplined, and results-driven
