About the Role
We are looking for a trustworthy, reliable AZ/DZ driver to drive and operate a Flusher Truck, operating Monday through Friday. As a Flusher Truck Operator Trainee, you will learn how to:
- Operate and drive our combo recycler flushing trucks and related equipment;
- Complete pre-trip, on route and post-trip inspections, and oversee all aspects of the vehicle, vehicle systems and equipment;
- Perform collection system maintenance flushing, including removing roots, grease cutting, chamber/basin cleaning and hydro-excavation to support CCTV camera inspections;
- Perform preventative equipment maintenance (ex: pumps and nozzles);
- Complete all required documentation;
- Operate safely and efficiently.
About You
Your education, skills and experience include:
- Valid AZ/DZ license;
- Ability to drive manual transmission (13, 18-speed) is an asset;
- Driver’s abstract in good standing, with at least two years of commercial experience;
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn;
- Knowledge of mechanical parts and processes is an asset.

This opportunity includes:
- Competitive wages starting at $28-32/hour;
- Potential to earn $60,000–$80,000 annually, including shift premiums and overtime;
- Full-time, year-round work (50–60 hours per week);
- Comprehensive benefits plan including health, dental, vision, and life insurance;
- Overtime paid after 44 hours per week;
- $150 boot allowance after one year of service;
- Company matching RRSP–DPSP program;
- Paid on-the-job training;
- Per diem and paid accommodation for out-of-town assignments;
