Insight Global is seeking a Customs Clerk for a leading global manufacturing organization in Brantford, Ontario. This is a 12-week onsite contract supporting the company's customs and logistics operations during a critical transition period. The ideal candidate will have experience in customs compliance, freight forwarding, logistics, or international trade and be comfortable managing import/export documentation in a fast-paced distribution environment. Responsibilities will include preparing and reviewing customs documentation, processing freight payments, supporting customs audits, and ensuring compliance with Canadian and cross-border trade regulations.

• Process and manage freight payments
• Prepare and maintain customs documentation
• Ensure border services compliance Support customs audit activities
• Coordinate import/export documentation and recordkeeping

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE -1-3 years of experience in customs, freight forwarding, logistics, or international trade Knowledge of CUSMA/USMCA (formerly NAFTA) -Experience with certificates of origin and bills of lading -Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word) -Understanding of customs compliance and documentation requirements
