About the role
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Clinic. Tasks: Coordinate the flow of information. Initiate and maintain confidential medical files and records. Prepare draft agendas for meetings and take, transcribe and distribute minutes. Perform data entry. Provide customer service. Supervision: 1 to 2 people. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Word. MS Excel. MS Windows. MS Outlook. Area of work experience: Correspondence. Invoices.
