Position Overview

The Office Administrator / Receptionist will play a vital role in managing our front desk and providing day-to-day administrative support for our logistics and transport network. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering and directing calls, handling correspondence, and supporting internal teams as required.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and professional, with strong communication and multitasking skills. You will contribute directly to creating a positive, professional, and efficient office environment at Neighbourhood Courier Inc.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming experience. Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls in a professional manner. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier packages, and correspondence. Provide administrative assistance to multiple logistics departments. Maintain a clean and organized reception and central office area.

Candidate Profile

We Are Looking For a Motivated Individual Who Demonstrates Professionalism, Adaptability, And Initiative In a Fast-paced Environment. The Successful Candidate Will Have

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency with core office software (MS Office, email systems). Previous experience in administration or corporate reception is preferred.
