About the role
Are you a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment?
We are currently seeking a Packaging Team Leader to join a well-established Quebec-based company known for the quality of its products and the strength of its teams.
In this role, you will do more than supervise—you will motivate, organize, and contribute directly to the daily success of operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and support a production team.
- Plan and coordinate daily packaging activities.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures.
- Assign tasks and actively participate in operations.
- Handle bins and pallets as required.
- Complete production tracking and reporting using Excel and internal systems.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety (HACCP), and health and safety standards.
- Operate certain equipment, including X-ray and boxing machines.
- Maintain effective communication with other departments and management.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Salary: $27.26 per hour
Schedule: Day shift, 4-day work week (10 hours per day), Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday
