Director of Sales – United States

This role is responsible for coaching sales leaders, executing commercial strategies, expanding market share, and fostering a consultative, business development-focused sales culture. The ideal candidate is a strong coach, an effective relationship builder, and a leader who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Qualifications Proven experience leading sales teams in the U.S. market. Strong coaching and leadership skills. Consultative sales approach with a focus on new business development. Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated industries is an asset. Willingness to travel approximately 35% within the United States.
