SCHEDULE:

• Full-time position
• Monday to Friday (some evenings and Saturdays may be required)
• Approximately 35–40 hours per week

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Dental Administrator
• Previous Treatment Coordinator experience is required
• Strong knowledge of dental procedures, treatment planning, and patient communication
• Completion of a Dental Administration Program/Certificate is considered an asset
• Experience with dental practice management software is considered an asset
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to present treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements confidently and professionally
• Strong customer service mindset with a patient-centered approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Detail-oriented with excellent time-management skills
