Finance and Administration Coordinator
About the role
RRANS is seeking a Finance and Operations Manager to manage and strengthen the organization’s financial systems, operational processes, and administrative infrastructure.
This is a key leadership role responsible for the hands-on management of the organization’s financial operations, including budgeting, bookkeeping, cash flow management, and financial reporting, as well as supporting core operational functions such as HR administration, systems development, and internal process improvement.
The Finance and Operations Manager will take on primary responsibility for the day-to-day financial and operational management, ensuring strong systems, processes, and compliance across the organization. This position will also play a key role in implementing RRANS’ organizational sustainability and financial resilience systems, including fund development, donor stewardship, and grant management infrastructure.
This role works closely with and reports to the Co-Executive Director (Operations), who provides strategic oversight and direction. Together, they will support the implementation of RRANS’ strategic priorities and ensure long-term financial sustainability and operational effectiveness as the organization continues to grow.
