AI Developer / Product Manager — DTI Suite (Halifax, Hybrid)

Dynamic Thermal Imaging Inc. is hiring one developer to run DTI Suite — our live desktop app that generates electrical infrared inspection reports (dtisuite.com). You'll work solo on this product, with daily direction from the owner/architect.

What you'll do: Manage AI-driven code deployments — build, test, and push app updates using tools like Claude Code or Cursor Learn the product inside-out and take ownership of key updates Propose and implement UI/UX improvements Create and post social media and marketing content (videos, graphics, posts) on a regular schedule Meet (virtually or in person) daily with the owner to set priorities and report progress

Requirements: Experience building and shipping software with AI coding tools Python skills (our stack: PySide6, Windows desktop) or ability to ramp up fast Proven social media/marketing experience — show us accounts or content you've run Self-directed and comfortable working solo Based in/near Halifax — regular in-person meetings required
