Protection of warehouse inventory, both physical and in system, leading to a goal of $0 inventory loss Maintain adequate inventory levels at all times to ensure field sales and operations needs Coordinating with managers for the timely procurement and channelized distribution of inventory Monitoring and optimizing the inventory turnover ratio Staging or overseeing the staging of daily equipment for installations Overseeing or carrying out the Loading and unloading of inventory Ensure all inventory information is entered into inventory tracking program Compile and complete purchase orders for new inventory Ensure scanning of all inventory both into, and out of, the warehouse Act as contact person for inbound warehouse requests from external departments Offer timely follow up and resolution to customers, contractors, and external departments inquires Perform Physical inventory and Cycle counts and reconcile to systems Provide reporting as required What do we offer? A growth mindset: above all else, we’re looking for people who are dependable, ambitious, and want to grow with Reliance Previous warehouse and logistics experience Must possess excellent mathematical and analytical skill sets Excellent team player and self-motivator Proven written and verbal communication skills and negotiation skills Flexibility and adaptability; experience working in a dynamic and growing work environment Customer focused, skilled at interacting with both internal and external customers Exceptional organizational skills Demonstrated problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure Computer proficient (MS suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Inventory Management System) Related industry experience would be an asset Ability to multi-task Required to lift and maneuver supplies up to 75 lbs and over with the assistance of material handling equipment Must have a valid class G driver’s license Why Reliance?
