0.28****FTE Continuing part-time Grades 5, 6 & 7 Band and Grade 8 to 12 Senior Band teaching position, beginning September 1, 2026.
_Schedule: Tuesday & Thursdays _
_ 1:25 to 2:45 pm Grade 5 to 7 Band, _****3:30 to 5:00 pm Grade 8 to 12 Band
** REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: **
- Training and experience working with grade-level students.
- Experience with adapting materials, resources, assessments, and learning outcomes for student needs.
- Valid BC Teaching Certificate and familiarity with the BC Curriculum.
- Teaching category five or higher.
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: **
- A commitment to supporting a variety of learning needs.
- Experience/training in supporting the social-emotional learning needs of students.
- Committed to establishing and maintaining positive relationships with students, staff and parents.
- Committed to working as a member of a school team in support of students.

The starting annual salary for this full-time teacher position ranges from $64,664 - $112,806 , with placement on the range based on length of service and qualifications in accordance with the collective agreement.
