As an Administrative Assistant [Contract: Sep 8 - Dec 18, 2026] some of your responsibilities will include:
Work directly with our stakeholders and their clients to help manage their dynamic growing practices Schedule, liaise and communicate with others, including clients, to proactively prepare information in advance of meetings Receive, distribute, redirect and respond to mail, email, telephone calls, reports and other material. Ensure appropriate follow up action is taken where required in order to meet deadlines Prepare, draft, edit and format letters, reports, presentations, spreadsheets and other client correspondence using Microsoft Suite Oversee the client relationship management software for the group, including entry of opportunities, managing the progress and finalization, and client and job creation in the billing system Drafting and sending invoices to clients Prepare and track expense claim submissions Support the team in the delivery of exceptional client service Occasional reception coverage may be required Partake in projects with others within the Business Unit Coordinate internal/external meetings, room bookings, video conferences and in-office events

To help start the conversation, the current salary for this role is $20.00/hour in Mississauga, ON. If the role is available in other locations, the range may differ to reflect local market factors.
This role is required to be onsite, in-office 5 days each week.
