You will play a key role in aligning user needs, digital strategy, and business objectives, while actively contributing to the energy transition.

As aProduct Owner, you will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to define, develop, and optimize high-performing, user-centric digital products. You will also play an important role in the digital transformation of a manufacturing company.

On a daily basis, you will:

• Develop a clear product vision for the short, medium, and long term aligned with company objectives;
• Represent the voice of the customer in product design decisions, including implementing feedback loops;
• Conduct regular market research (customer insights, competition, trends, etc.);
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear user journeys and functional requirements;
• Identify and remove roadblocks to ensure delivery of critical features;
• Define and prioritize the product backlog based on vision, objectives, and business needs;
• Collaborate with product, UX/UI, marketing, development, and project management teams to ensure overall consistency;
• Work with security experts to ensure compliance with cybersecurity and data protection standards;
• Ensure rigorous follow-up of Agile deliveries, validate increments, and iterate based on feedback;
• Verify that delivered features meet defined requirements through appropriate testing and validation;
• Coordinate deployments on mobile platforms (App Store and Google Play);
• Measure and maximize user value through KPIs and data analysis;
• Contribute to the digital roadmap and the evolution of connected offerings;
• Support the customer service team in handling requests and resolving complex issues.

You are the person we are looking for if you have:

• A bachelor’s degree in administration, marketing, software engineering, computer science, UX, or a related field;
• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, ideally in a technology or Agile environment;
• A strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies;
• The ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment and connect technology, product, and user experience;
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills;
• Knowledge of IoT environments, connected products, or mobile applications (an asset);
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Power BI, or OnePlan (an asset);
• Familiarity with cybersecurity and data protection standards (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27000);
• Excellent proficiency in French and good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
