This is a high-performance, full-cycle sales role focused on driving revenue through subscription-based lead generation solutions. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from outbound prospecting to closing deals with business decision-makers. The role is fast-paced and highly metric-driven, requiring strong discipline, energy, and consistency in daily outreach activities. You will engage directly with prospects, uncover their needs, and present tailored solutions designed to generate measurable business growth. Working remotely, you will operate in a structured yet competitive environment where performance directly impacts earnings and advancement. Accountabilities In this role, you will own the full sales cycle and drive subscription revenue growth through proactive prospecting and deal execution: Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting (150+ calls per day) to identify and engage potential clients Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through discovery, pitching, objection handling, and closing Identify key decision-makers and build strong relationships with business owners, agency leaders, and sales managers Sell recurring subscription-based lead generation solutions designed to drive client revenue growth Maintain a strong pipeline through consistent follow-ups and accurate CRM management Use multi-channel communication (phone, email, messaging) to create urgency and move deals forward Track performance metrics and consistently meet or exceed sales targets Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and performance improvement initiatives Requirements The ideal candidate is a driven and disciplined sales professional with strong closing ability and comfort in high-activity environments: 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in inside sales or full-cycle closing roles Proven success in short sales cycles and one-call-close environments Ability to manage a high-volume outreach workload (150+ calls per day) Strong skills in discovery, objection handling, and closing techniques Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Close.com, or similar tools Excellent communication skills with a confident, persuasive, and professional approach Highly self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote setting Competitive mindset with a strong desire for continuous learning and performance growth Benefits Base salary of CAD 60,000–70,000 plus uncapped commission potential Remote work setup with flexibility and autonomy Comprehensive onboarding and advanced sales training programs Strong coaching culture with leadership support and performance feedback Clear career growth opportunities for high-performing sales professionals Performance-driven environment with strong earning potential Exposure to a fast-scaling, international sales organization Collaborative, high-energy culture focused on results and development
