Job Title: Cybersecurity Metrics and Controls Specialist
Location: Montreal, QC Work Arrangement: 3 days onsite per week Employment Type: Contract Duration: 12 Months Domain: BFSI Experience: 10+ Years Rate: CAD$56-60/hr Application Deadline: July 22nd, 2026
SKILLS REQUIRED
Primary (Must-Have): 10+ years of experience in Information Security or Information Technology. 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing cybersecurity/technology controls. Experience defining cybersecurity metrics, KCIs/KRIs, and control effectiveness reporting. Strong knowledge of Technology Risk, GRC, and Continuous Controls Monitoring (CCM). Hands-on experience with Public Cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Strong understanding of IAM, Data Security, Network Security, Application Security, and Incident Response. Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills. Cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CISM, CRISC, etc.) are preferred.
