Job tasks include but are not limited to

• Verifying usability of customer artwork (which are usually company logos), placing and sizing the artwork on product templates, applying color(s) or effects(s) to the artwork, and sending digital proofs to the customer.
• Our task is more technical than creative.
• Our creativity only comes down when suggesting suitable layout options while taking into consideration customer logo guidelines for artwork that could possibly lose details or block due to restricted imprint areas or artwork complexity.
• Prepare/dissect the vectorized artwork file for our different printing processes.
• Setting up/exporting prepress files according to our different printing processes and according to established guidelines for the factory.
• Be able to redraw a vector artwork from a rasterized image if requested.
• Occasionally, answering emails from the Customer Service team concerning usability of artwork and other customer order issues.

Skills/Requirements

• Certificate in Graphic Design or previous related/relevant experience.
• Min. 2-3 years of relevant graphics experience.
• Details oriented, resourceful, responsible, accurate and conscientious.
• Passionate about providing excellent service to customers.
• Exceptional team spirit, we are a great team that communicates very well and helps each other.
• Experience working with Corel Draw 2026 and Adobe Illustrator 2025 for PC platform. We work mainly with clients’ vector file and we need to be able to dissect their artwork file. Occasionally, we can use Adobe Photoshop 2025.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be punctual, reliable.

Assets

• Experience working with different imprint processes such as: Silk Screening, 4 color process, Debossing, Engraving.
• Experience in the Promotional Product Industry.
• Understanding of spoken and written French/English.
