Job Description
In collaboration with the director, Corporate solutions, the person in this role defines and delivers SAP solutions aligned with business needs while ensuring compliance with methodologies, quality standards, security, and system evolution.
Responsibilities
Act as a SAP expert and support the delivery of solutions (FI-CO, MM, MRP) Participate in project kick-offs and define solutions based on business requirements Configure and optimize SAP modules according to evolving business needs Produce and maintain functional and configuration documentation Recommend business process improvements aligned with best practices Define, validate and execute test scenarios to ensure solution quality Collaborate with development and delivery teams to ensure successful implementations Estimate efforts, support complex developments, and participate in testing activities Ensure system security, performance, and integrity in production environments Train and support users to ensure optimal adoption of SAP solutions Act as a point of contact for support and knowledge transfer Lead or coordinate projects when required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in administration, accounting, management information systems, or a related field Minimum of 10 years of experience, including at least 5 years in SAP implementations and enhancements Advanced expertise in SAP MM and MRP modules, with strong knowledge of FI and CO Experience in finance and accounting environments Experience in project coordination or management Strong analytical skills, customer focus, and ability to collaborate across teams Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts Excellent proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and demonstrated ease with collaborative digital tools and AI (e.g., Copilot); ability to quickly learn new technologies Oral and written fluency in French and English * A good knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec. The incumbent will be required to communicate and collaborate frequently in English, both orally and in writing, with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders in Quebec, the rest of Canada, and internationally.
