Production Supervisor (Temporary) #1324
About the role
Our client, a company in the food processing industry, is seeking a Production Supervisor for a one-month temporary assignment. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing production operations to ensure production targets are met, quality standards are maintained, and health and safety requirements are respected.
Your Responsibilities
- Supervise and oversee the execution of the production schedule.
- Ensure production quantities, established procedures, and deadlines are met.
- Ensure compliance with Good Hygiene Practices (GHP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Enforce health and safety policies and procedures.
- Coordinate workforce allocation across workstations to optimize operations.
- Implement the weekly production plan and monitor its execution.
- Perform all other related duties.

Requirements
- Fluency in spoken French; effective communication is essential.
- Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the food industry.
- Strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to motivate a team.
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is considered an asset.
- Autonomy and accountability.
- Positive leadership and the ability to engage and mobilize employees.
- Excellent organizational and priority-management skills.
- Self-motivation, initiative, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to make quick decisions and solve problems effectively.

Salary: $32 to $36 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Day shift, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
