As a Reliability Lead, you'll be the driving force behind our mill's operational excellence. You are responsible for managing the preventative and predictive maintenance programs to maximize the availability and reliability of the mill’s assets while producing products in the most cost-effective manner. What you can expect…
- Work closely with Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering to identify root causes and improve overall equipment efficiency
- Drive reliability improvements by developing cost-effective solutions for paper machine and converting equipment
- Support maintenance strategies through failure analysis, preventive/predictive techniques, and continuous optimization
- Manage key reliability programs (lubrication, vibration monitoring) and ensure their effectiveness
- Define and maintain inspection and testing strategies for equipment performance
- Support skill development of Maintenance Technicians in reliability best practices
- Contribute to equipment installation/start-up and maintain data integrity in SAP
- Optimize spare parts management to minimize downtime
- Ensure work is properly scoped, prioritized, and ready for scheduling
- Troubleshoot equipment issues impacting safety, quality, or performance
- Coordinate technical support during breakdowns
- Support capital and maintenance projects, from approval to execution
- Provide operational support as needed, including escalation coverage
What We Expect...
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 3-5 years’ work experience in technical and industrial manufacturing/reliability engineering assignments; or 1-2 years’ work experience in conjunction with formal Reliability Training/Education
- Working knowledge of preventative maintenance and reliability improvement programs, including root cause failure analysis
- Experience in troubleshooting mechanical drive systems, general machine design, engineering calculations, packaging equipment and manufacturing support equipment
- Ability to read and understand machine drawings and/or schematic diagrams

The starting range for this role is $78,000 to $104,000 or higher, depending on your experience.
