Role: Principal Consultant – SAP FICO
Required Qualifications 11+ years of Information Technology experience. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada without employer sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
SAP Finance Expertise 15+ years of SAP FICO implementation and support experience. Minimum 3 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance, including
General Ledger (New GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Asset Accounting (AA) Bank Accounting Treasury & Risk Management (TRM) SAP Controlling (CO) Experience with: Cost Center Accounting (CCA) Internal Orders Profit Center Accounting (PCA) Product Costing (PC) Material Ledger / Actual Costing Profitability Analysis (CO-PA) Additional Technical Skills SAP S/4HANA Central Finance (CeFi) Financial Consolidation SAP Fiori Apps Embedded Analytics Real-time Financial Reporting Integration with MM, SD, PP, and HCM IFRS / US GAAP SAP Migration Tools (SUM, SPDD/SPAU) System Conversion Methodology Project Experience Hands-on experience across complete SAP implementation lifecycles including: Business Requirement Gathering Business Blueprint & Solution Design SAP Configuration Functional Specifications (RICEFW) System Integration Testing (SIT) User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Cutover Planning Go-Live Support Hypercare / Stabilization Leadership & Consulting Strong client-facing consulting experience. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to lead onsite and offshore delivery teams. Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Flexible to collaborate with global delivery teams across time zones.
