Are you passionate and committed to delivering a superior experience to the sales force in the field of digital tools and social media? Do you have a knack for building trusting professional relationships and want to be part of a rapidly evolving network? If so, this position is for you!
We are a service and support center for the Career Network’s sales force. The goal of the Digital Tools and Social Media team is to focus on supporting the sales force in developing their skills in using the digital tools provided by the Company and in using social media as a promotional tool.
Reporting to the Assistant Director, you will handle incoming calls, emails, and chat messages to optimize the sales team’s experience and resolve inquiries on the first contact. You will participate in the development and improvement of work procedures, while adhering to the organizational framework. You will help ensure smooth communication and collaboration among team specialists, agencies, Career Services support staff, and manufacturing teams.

What You'll Accomplish with Us
As a Career Network Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our mission. Here are your key responsibilities:
Promoting the use of internal digital tools
- Support and guide the sales force in using the digital tools provided by the company (Apexa, E-sign, CRM, EVO, Teams, etc.)
Supporting the use of social media (Facebook and LinkedIn)

Assisting with the creation of a professional page
-
Advising on effective social media strategies that will enable the sales force to build and retain their community by allowing them to:
-
Post effectively
-
Schedule posts according to an established calendar
-
Run promotions
-
Offer appointment scheduling
-
Boost iA’s brand awareness and the image of advisors on social media by using content available in the Web Showcase and optimizing its distribution to their clientele

Help develop the advisor’s professional network

What could help you succeed in this role
Qualifications:
- College diploma (DEC) in administration or a related field
- Two (2) years of relevant experience
- Strong ability to adapt to change
- Proactive and motivated attitude
- Passionate about customer service
- Advanced proficiency in spoken and written French and English, as the candidate will be required to communicate with the sales team on a daily basis, some of whom are unilingual English speakers.
