Okotoks Nissan is looking for an experienced Parts Advisor to join our growing team! If you have experience working in a dealership parts department and a passion for customer service, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist all customers (retail and shop) in selecting and locating required parts in a friendly, professional and efficient manner
• Order parts and provide information regarding parts, including their function, prices, application, and warranty
• Recommend companion parts and promote current specials to maximize customer value
• Process and fulfill online parts orders in a timely and accurate manner
• Handle shipping and receiving, including verifying incoming shipments and preparing outgoing orders
• Support and grow wholesale parts business, including processing orders and maintaining strong relationships with wholesale clients
• Communicate effectively with technicians and other departments regarding parts availability, backorders and special orders
• Support inventory management, including regular counts and organization
• Build strong, lasting relationships with customers to drive satisfaction, loyalty and referrals
• Perform other duties as required

What You Bring

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a dealership parts department
• Nissan OEM experience is considered a strong asset
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
• Valid driver's license
• Red Seal Parts Certification is an asset
