The team at Bower Dental located in Red Deer, Alberta are looking for a passionate, hard-working Recall Coordinator on a full-timebasis.
The ideal recall Coordinator for our team will be highly motivated to optimize patient experience and care, while also assisting our dental providers with treatment and room prep. The person we want loves interacting with patients, to build loyalty with the dental practice but more importantly to promote the benefits of patient ownership in following their dentist approved treatment plan.

SCHEDULE:
- 35 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- 2 saturdays per month
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Previous experience as a Treatment/recall Coordinator is considered an asset.
- We're open to entry level applicants
- Experience with dental practice management software such as Cleardent is considered an asset
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
- Customer service mindset
