Compensation: $75,000 - 90,000 base + performance bonus + commission + car allowance + fuel + benefits

Position Overview
We are seeking a bilingual Outside Sales Representative to develop and grow the Gatineau/Ottawa market. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of an under-penetrated territory, manage an existing book of business, and aggressively expand revenue within the residential and commercial contractor segment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Manage and grow contractor and builder relationships across the territory
Conduct on-site measurements/take-offs and validate quantities for project estimates Work closely with inside sales to ensure accurate and timely quotes/submissions Prospect and convert new business opportunities in a competitive, price-sensitive market Represent the company professionally and contribute to CRM adoption and reporting
What You Bring
Bilingual French/English – required
Experience selling building materials to contractors/builders (examples: millwork, kitchen, flooring, interior finishing, plumbing, or similar product lines) Strong ability to read plans, measure job sites, perform take-offs CRM-friendly and comfortable working with technology (tech savvy) Competitive, relationship-driven, and motivated to hunt and win new accounts
